The terms and conditions of sale apply to purchases of goods from the Online Store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The prices of products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. A delivery fee is added to the price. All prices of products sold in the Online Store are in Euros (\u20ac).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To order goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. To complete the order, you must fill in the required data fields and select the appropriate delivery method for the products. Payment methods provided by Maksekeskus AS.<\/a> Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment \u2013 \u200b\u200bwhen paying with a bank link, in the secure environment of the respective bank and when paying with a credit card, in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The Seller does not have access to the customer’s bank and credit card details. The Agreement enters into force upon receipt of the amount due to be paid to the Online Store’s current account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The owner of the online store is the controller of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If we cannot deliver the ordered goods due to stock running out or for any other reason, the purchaser will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including the shipping cost) will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Goods are shipped to the following countries: Estonia<\/p>\n\n\n\n These options are available for receiving the order:<\/p>\n\n\n\n The purchaser bears the shipping cost and the respective price information is displayed next to the shipping method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 3-5 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In exceptional cases, the goods may be delivered within up to 45 calendar days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n After receiving the order, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into with the e-store within 14 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Pursuant to clause 41<\/sup> of subsection 53 of the Law of Obligations Act, goods with opened product\/packaging, used or damaged (including damaged packaging) are not eligible for return (i.e. the buyer loses the right of withdrawal), unless the packaging has been damaged during transport and upon receipt of the goods at the parcel terminal, the Online Store has been immediately notified of the receipt of the goods with damaged packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The right of withdrawal does not apply if the purchaser is a legal person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, you must not use the ordered goods in any way other than is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods in the same way you would be allowed to test the goods in an actual store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If the goods have been used for a purpose other than what is necessary to verify the nature, properties and functioning of the goods or if they show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to refuse a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To return the goods, you must submit a notice of withdrawal from the purchase of the goods to the Online Store’s email address multiprits@gmail.com (no later than 14 days after receiving the goods) along with the order number and return the goods at your own expense to the address Multiprits O\u00dc, Pae 60-44, Tallinn 13620, Harju County.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is that the product to be returned does not correspond to the order (e.g. an incorrect or defective product).<\/p>\n\n\n\n The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of the withdrawal notice to the email address or provide proof that he or she has handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Upon receipt of the returned goods, the online store will refund to the buyer all fees received from the buyer under the contract without delay, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the notice of withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The online store may refuse to issue refunds until the item that is the subject of the contract has been returned or until the buyer has provided evidence that they have returned the item, whichever occurs first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to refund the consumer any costs that exceed the costs associated with the standard delivery method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The online store has the right to withdraw from the sale and demand that the goods be returned by the purchaser if the marked price of the goods in the online store is significantly lower than the market price of the goods due to an error.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Online Store is liable for any non-conformity or defect of the goods sold to the Buyer that already existed at the time of delivery of the goods and that becomes apparent within two years of the delivery of the goods to the Buyer. Within this 1 year from the delivery of the goods to the Buyer, it is assumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery of the goods. It is the Online Store’s obligation to rebut this presumption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The buyer has the right to contact the online store within two months of discovering a defect by sending an e-mail to multiprits@gmail.com or call by phone: +372 56678144.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The online store is not responsible for defects that have arisen after the goods have been delivered to the buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund all fees incurred under the sales contract to the buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The online store will respond to the complaint submitted by the consumer in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The online store uses the personal data entered by the buyer only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The online store transfers personal data to companies providing transportation services in order to deliver the goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The online store will send newsletters and offers to the buyer’s e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed a desire to do so by entering their e-mail address on the website and has indicated their desire to receive direct mail notifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The buyer can opt out of offers and newsletters sent to e-mail at any time by notifying us by e-mail or by following the instructions in the e-mail containing the offers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If the buyer has any complaints regarding the Online Store, they must be sent to the email address multiprits@gmail.com or call by phone: +372 56678144<\/p>\n\n\n\n If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Commission. Buyer can review the procedural conditions and submit an application here<\/a>. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store.
